WORLD OF COLOR!

Ok, yeah, this is another thing I'm really excited about as I'm sure you've guessed from the title. I've kinda been using an unstable internet connection as an excuse not to blog, but this blows my mind.

With the new World of Color show premiering on June 11th to the public, I promised myself that I would not watch any full or lengthy video of the show until after I saw it live (which probably won't happen any time soon). But I will be joining hundreds of Disney fans in watching an official live stream of the RED CARPET PREMIERE of the show.

That's right. DISNEY IS PUTTING UP AN OFFICIAL STREAM OF THE PREMIERE OF THE WORLD OF COLOR SHOW ON JUNE 10TH AT DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE.

Sorry, that just is amazing to me. I can see somme fan doing a crappy stream on his (or her) iPhone, but this is Disney. That means professional cameras, great shots of everything, no bad shots due to the person infront of you being too tall.

And you know what else? JUNE 10TH IS TOMORROW. I've been waiting so long for this, as my family can attest to, it's surreal that tomorrow is the day that is actually comes to life. I don;t know how much of the show I will watch. I may end up breaking my promise to myself, but only because I know with Disney quality, it should be just about as good as seeing it live. Not that I, or anyone for that matter, knows what the stream will entail. It may not let us see the actual show, just the Red Carpet portion, but still. It's going to be amazing, especially if this establishes a precedent for when the other portions of the DCA makeover open. Or anything at all for that matter.

Anyway, details about the stream. It's free for anyone to watch, courtesy of UStream. The link is avaliable here, and the show starts tomorrow, June 10th at 8:45pm Pacific Time (that's 11:45 for those of you on the East Coast. Yes Alyssa, that one's for you. You're welcome.)

For those of you who noticed (and those who didn't), I specifically stated Disney California Adventure, since that is the new name of the park. I probably won't stick to this change, one because I don't like the new name and two because Disney's California Adventure is easier to say. But then again, DCA is easier to type, so it's probably still gonna be DCA.

I should probably blog again soon, especially if the internet connection is fixed. I don't know how busy I'm going to be this summer, so we'll see as far as posts go, but if I have something to talk about and time to do it in, I will go ahead and post it.
